Vlakkeland Housing Project
The Vlakkeland Housing Project is aimed at providing some 3000 housing opportinities in the Mbkweni community in Paarl. This will be achieved through a phased implementation approach. BSP Consulting Engineers, as part of the project team, is involved in the design and construction monitoring of the installation of bulk and internal civil services, as well as structural engineering services to the building elements. The phase 1 bulk sewer installation has almost been completed and the internal services installation is underway.

BSP Consulting Engineers in association with SMEC SA, as part of the project team, is involved in the design and construction monitoring of the installation of bulk and internal civil services, as well as structural engineering services to the building elements.
