• To transfer skill. This includes a mentoring programme. High Standards of performance and delivery must be maintained.

 

• To assist entrepreneurs from these communities to create companies by providing access to funding, technical support and management advice.

 

• To seek successful joint ventures with PDE’s (Previously Disadvantaged Enterprises).
